Little Tent

We got this tent for William for a while but didn’t inflate it because we don’t have the pump until now.  W loves it so much that he crawls in there several times a day.  He  dragged it from the living room to the hallway and then to the bedroom, he wanted to put it on the bed but I said no.  He showed signs of upset: frowned face.  Lately he started to throw tantrums when he can’t get what he wants:  sometimes he pats me,  other times he glances at me with the eyes filled with some tears; the worse I’ve seen so far is that he cries,  kicks, uses both hands to hit me or hit on his face, some times scratches his face.

Porto’s Bakery & Cafe

William loves it!

Mother’s Day, Sunday 10:00 AM.  We drove to Buena Park to get some bakery for the family at the famous Porto’s Bakery & Cafe, which was just grand opening last month.  It was hard to find the parking but we got lucky, we din’t have to wait long.  The line  to the store entrance was so long, end of the line was outside the store but it was moving fast.  This place is so huge with high ceiling, and it was crowded.  There were more lines inside the store.  It has 4 main areas: cake, bakery, cafe bar & Cafe.  We wanted to buy some bakery so we got in the line there, which has the longest line.  The order process was kind of hassle because there were lots of people standing in front of counter which cover most of the displaying bakery so I had a hard time to browse around.  We had to tell them what we want and they write down.  It was my first time there so I just picked the ones that look yummy :).  Then we need to wait for the staff to pack the bakery, once they’re done, they will get in line to get to the cashier.  We ordered 5 boxes with the same number of items, 10 items per  box so it took her a while to box,

While waiting in line outside the store.

Took us more than 1 hour to finally got our hands on the boxes.  Total was $70.00.
